Hello, welcome to today’s musing: 

I’ve spent more than a little time thinking about this, understanding it, confronting it, and working darn hard with my shrinks about it. I’m strong. People don’t expect me to be so burdened. And most don’t want to hear — it’s too hard. We have to crack the ice (Crack the Ice) to expose the horrific abuse that spreads far beyond an island to institutions and government where in we were all victimized.
