Hello, welcome to today’s musing: 

To those who are amazed I can do this, I can only repeat it is my deep privilege to be part of Life’s most extraordinary moments. I do my work with others who have their own very specialized work to do. Their work is focused on the pieces they can impact. Each of those pieces, tiny and large, work together. I am bearing witness to the beginnings and endings, and, also, the very chaotic middles. My work is to bring Presence. I’m lucky. I can do that. But this time? When the work is only quiet, unhurried Accompaniment in someone’s last hours, it is a time of Wonder.
