It was odd to figure out the ADD thing late in life (although others may have guessed). At this point in my life, when you add in the TBI, the brain works the way it does, and I accommodate. The arthritis is annoying but part of overuse. That once reliable middle finger now acts as if it never did anything useful… and I have tried to be neither a finger pointer nor a finger giver… with greater and lesser results. But writing? I need one finger to work!
